Common Questions
First time? No worries. Here’s what most people ask before booking.
You’ll fill out a quick intake form and have a conversation with your therapist about what you’re looking for and any areas to avoid. Sessions start and end on time, and only the area being worked on is undraped.
Sessions run 60 or 90 minutes of hands on time. We recommend 90 minutes for your first visit so there’s no rush.
Just yourself. You’ll undress to your comfort level and be draped with a sheet throughout. Most clients remove everything except underwear.
Yes. We offer couples massage by appointment — reach out via the contact form to coordinate a time that works for both of you.
We ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee.
Street parking is available on the surrounding blocks. We’re also a short walk from the L train at DeKalb Avenue.
We don’t bill insurance directly at the moment, but we’re happy to provide a receipt if your plan reimburses for massage therapy.
