Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or booking an appointment with Body of Clay, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Notice. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. If you’re booking on behalf of someone else, you confirm you’re authorized to do so.

Services & booking

We provide massage and esthetics services by appointment. When you book:

  • Please give accurate details so we can confirm and prepare for your appointment.
  • Appointment times, services, and prices shown on the site may change; the details confirmed at booking apply.
  • Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the cancellation policy provided at booking. Please give us as much notice as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.
  • Payment is handled in person at the studio; we don’t store card details on this website.

User conduct

When using this website, please don’t:

  • Submit false, misleading, or someone else’s information.
  • Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
  • Use the site to send spam, or use automated means to scrape or overload it.
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

We may decline or cancel a booking, or restrict access, if these terms are not respected.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, images, logos, brand name, and design — belongs to Body of Clay or is used with permission, and is protected by applicable laws. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use, but please don’t copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep information accurate and the site available, but we don’t warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or complete.
